I installed exactly the same drivers and led control software. In this case: newest Nvidia drivers and FireStorm from Zotac to control LED but tab "Spectre" wher user can control LED lightning is grayed out for some reason.

Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme Core has a semi-passive triple-fan cooler, so im pretty sure that this gpu has passive mode. Also passive mode working well until today :(
