I called T-mobile and they said they have a deal(that's not available online) that gives me unlimited 3G for $30/month and it comes with a hotspot for $65. I'm buying this Tmobile deal but if the 3G is not fast enough I'm going to give it to someone who lives with me and get the 4G deal from H2o.
