Yeah I think i got the trainee kid do my mb swap out lol... time will tell what else i may discover with my own stress testing in future, but for now I cant do anything but wait till monday and their reply on all this Anyway thnx for the replies/help!

Yeah I can respect that, but the original layout looked fine to me, not overly bent IMO

One last base to cover, so is there a legit reason it may have been installed upside down on purpose? looks like plenty of clearance for the tubes to be on the opposite side, right? the cooler tubes were the other way around on my old MB which was basically identical in layout

lol incompetent wanks indeed..., it's a custom build though, not a brand. But yeah I'm considering my options now that I know at least the MB is indeed new, but I'm stuck with other issues.. So a stuck upside down cooler/logo, that's not a simple fix right? I've never installed one myself but...

Yeah the OS swap should have been done to my new MB... no excuse. The upside down cooler is a silly mistake too.. and I'm stuck with their mistake. But that's good that I wasn't duped and given a used MB, though I still will ask them to send me the original box, which comes with a lot of spare...

I have run virus scans, didn't fix it, I have done a sfc /scannow scan, didn't fix it, this missing key issue is causing chaos with my pc, work, passwords, gaming, everything is affected... and i cannot ID what it is, where it came from or why it comes and goes... the only way to gt rid of it...
