    format disk 2, then download the samsung data migration software (http://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/tools.html) and use that.

    Even though you said you can't consider the BIOS battery I would. I would try replacing it and seeing if you have the same problem. I have ran into the same problems multiple times and it has always been the battery.

    Go to system, advanced system protecting, and try changing your paging of virtual memory to the recommended amount rather then let the computer automatically do it.
