Sooo, what I've found is that the maximum core speed is from 3.4 to 3.7. When is above or 3.8 or 3.9 the PC doesn't load at all. At 3.9 it just stopped at the windows 10 loading black screen, and on 3.8 it said that windows had crashed apparently. There was a slight increase at fps in GTA 5 but...

I'm not convinced that it is a cpu bottleneck because in other games everything is fine. GPU is working as intended at 70-80%. GTA 5 is the only game that does this and the GPU rarely goes above 30%. Today I tried overclocking but I read that my motherboard doesn't support it. It's aourus b450m...
