Right. It's new from Newegg, so not looking forward to the RMA process. Unfortunately there's not much I can do about the cabling or PSU. It's a custom PSU that plugs directly into the motherboard and the only power cables are the 6+2 and 6 pins that originate from the backside of the board.

That's what I figured. Not sure it's safe to put another one in the Thinkstation. It should support it, but is there a reason it failed right away or was I just unlucky? Thanks for the quick reply!
