pls mark as solved,problem was that i by accident turned switch on psu for `eco ` whatever it means now everything works great again.thanks all!

its a mesh.its seams like something underperforming i read thous motherboards have issues

one fan in a middle puling out the case on cpu noctua one exhaust on the back side and one in front getting air in a case.case is open,sry for late response

between motherboard and pch show 20 Fahrenheit difference.mobo 93 pch 120 if i start gaming it restarts .i have to keep holding temperature pch 105 at max otherwise its just restarts
