Indecisive, building my first gaming rig seeing as my laptop finally crapped out. I'm in need of some opinions, or some websites that accurately compare. Any feedback would be appreciated. ALSO, I'm not partial to either. Budget for the card is 400, if there are better cards please educate.

Let me clarify, is it worth the money difference? I would like to save as much money as possible, but I'm still willing to pay to get the experience I want out of it.
