It's old and the R9 won't run 4K at 60Hz because it doesn't have HDMI 2.0, but they still perform better than a 1050 by virtue of being more high...

Have you tested the other outputs with windows sound properties? If they show up in "Playback Devices" you should be able to test the outputs and set one of them as default instead.

There's a feature called Switchable Graphics, it lets you switch which GPU is being used based on performance needs. Try installing the latest Intel graphics drivers and mess with Switchable Graphics settings. Try the drivers from MSI, www.msi.com/All-in-One-PC/support/AG2712A.html#down-driver

How can you be sure it's not overheating? Are you logging both CPU and GPU temps?

Personal aesthetic, I'd go with the blue LED fan.

That thing has a TDP of 65W. Either will be sufficient unless you're doing some serious overclocking.

If a more aggressive fan profile is too loud for you, the G10 looks like a good option. Or you could build a very simple custom loop with the proper GPU block for your card. You could look at a radiator with built in pump and res to make things simpler. Rad/pump/res combos...

How much will that processor cost you? It's outpaced by the new-ish i3. The motherboard will run 1000MHz bus, so your ram will be underutilized. Your PCIe X16 is version 2, though that shouldn't be a problem for a bit. A 1080 will start pushing that limit and you'll have to upgrade eventually...
