I've try to fix this issue more than 10 hours. o_O

I just brought new PC then I installed windows 10 but I've heard it stutter when I play music, games and movies. I can feel spike lag just milisecond when I've move mouse. This spike lag happen every 1 or 2 minute. Hoping you guys can help me out. T T CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x Board: Asrock B450...
