No its a stock cooler. I want to change it but im here to ask if it can be a possibility if my power supply is overheating my components.

artic silver. i even took it to a computer shop and he removed the old paste and added new paste and still overheated. im pretty sure he installed the heat sink properly. do you think i just had bad luck and got a bad part? either the cpu or motherboard?

i just bought some brand new parts from newegg. an amd 8350 with the stock cooler and an msi 990fxa-gd65 v2 R and 8gb of ddr3 ram. i installed everything and booted up and the bios read the cpu and ram perfect. but the cpu was already hitting 62c+ is it a fualty motherboard or faulty cpu...
