I understand that, that's why I checked in the bios for my fan settings. They are set to run standard, or silent. This hasn't been an issue for me before I installed fancontrol. I found there is a delay for fancontrol at start up, so I changed it to the minimum of 1 second, which helped. Still...
Update, I'm replacing my 750w psu for an 850w because I'm having issues with the pc crashing during gaming.
This might fix the fancontrol problem, we'll see.
Dust clearing, haha. Well it is loud and annoying and who knows how much extra wear it causes. I checked my bios and I set the fans. Now they are quiet when I start up. Thought I had done that before. Thanks for the replies.
Edit: After restarting a few times the fans are back at 100% until...

I have my fans cooling for the cpu package temperature.
Fancontrol software works once I'm on the desktop. All my case fans run accordingly. Even when I shut down the fans ramp back to 100% until it finally shuts off. I've made sure the bios fan settings are on standard.
Does anyone know how to manage this?
I've been using a cooling solution from Primochill and a cleaning solution as well. The cooling fluid is clear colored.
It has been 6 months since I changed the fluid, I replaced the fluid with the cleaning fluid and let my pc run with it for 2 days. It cleaned my cpu block but the tubes are...
On steam it runs 50-60 usage with 2050mhz . Fps 80-120, smooth no problems. When I launch it on game pass it's playable but not fun. Been like this from the start.
I have Fallout 76 on Steam, it runs well. On Xbox Game Pass my gpu is at 38% and runs like I'm at 30 fps but it's 80-82 fps. Trying to figure out why the gpu isn't running at around 56% like it normally would.

New motherboard + cpu+waterblock, and then maybe a 3080 Ti would be available. I guess I'll wait it out. Do you think running my cpu at a lower clock speed would increase my gpu usage?
I think I run DX11 on BF V, uninstalled it. My performance is good, would be nice to get the most out of my gpu. I don't overclock it, it doesn't change much.
I just ran 3D Mark Time Spy 64 bit. Gpu score : 13709
Graphics score : 15554
Cpu score: 8199
Which is great according their posts.
@General Kenobi as I mentioned I'm trying to find where the problem is for my gpu to run 60% usage in most of my games.

I have an i7 8700k delided, runs @ 5 ghz. GPU RTX FE 2080 Ti. The gpu never or sometimes runs at 100% usage, the cpu runs 50-60% during games. I'm getting descent frames, but it's always been a concern. The only way for me to have the gpu at 100% usage is to change the resolution to 4k. My...

On 5ghz wifi I can web browse. When I start a game it shows that I'm off line. A few different games. I turned off windows firewalls, I don't have anti virus running. I port forward for Fallout 76, didn't help. When I plugged in my ethernet cable it says I have no network...
