Got it, thanks. And thanks for all your help. I have been trying to figure out this TDP(now) issue for weeks. The only time games use TDP on my PC is when I turn off v-sync and the game is pretty demanding or if my settings are too high with v-sync on.

How do you post pictures? I think you have answered my topic though. It's TDP that is going over and apparently is normal. I guess my new question is, how do I keep my TDP from going above 100% less than often?

Could you people stop posting answers on this topic please? I'm trying to find answers on another topic and every time I sign in, there's a new answer on this topic that shows in my notifications. Is there a way to turn off those notifications for THIS topic only? I wish I never answered this...

@hang-the-9: My main issue is the power going over 100%. I want to know why it is doing that and how to keep it from doing that. The PC crashes games when I notice them using over 100% GPU power. Usually when it hits around 105% and I continue to play for maybe 5-10 minutes, the game will crash...

As I stated above, this new Windows update is a complete waste. However, y'all make it out that Windows 10 sucks in general. Windows 10 is the best. All I'm saying is that an update that does nothing is a complete waste.
