how do i enable them? my hdd is connected to sata

so i have 1 M.2 drive plugged in and 1 hdd internal and one external usb drive they all show up i plug another m.2 in my motherboard the internal hdd does not show up and the external does not either i have no clue whats wrong please help me. Thank you! the M.2 that has caps in it means...
