[SOLVED] drive not showing up in windows 10 or bios

so i have 1 M.2 drive plugged in and 1 hdd internal and one external usb drive they all show up i plug another m.2 in my motherboard the internal hdd does not show up and the external does not either i have no clue whats wrong please help me. Thank you!

the M.2 that has caps in it means: WD_black M.2 SN750 NVME SSD 500GB
its my main boot drive

specs: (not inculding the other m.2 the other m.2 is some random intel one)

motherboard: asus rog strix b-550
storage: WD_black M.2 SN750 NVME SSD 500GB
-seagate 1tb hdd
-my passport ultra 1tb
case: corsair 4000d airflow
gpu: Nvidia GeForce 2060 super 8GB
cpu: amd ryzen 7 3700x 8-Cores 16-Threads 3.59GHZ
ram: kingston hyperx fury DDR4 16GB 3200MHZ (dual channel. 2x8GB)
psu: evga 650 BQ 80 plus bronze 650W
