asus gpu tweak apparently was changing every to 255 "max fps" after applying and even uninstalling it

So i built my first pc a couple months back and everything has been fine until now, where every game seems to hit 255fps and cant go any higher, I know 255 fps is good but its really bugging me when before csgo on all low settings was 350-400 and overwatch was hitting the 300 cap, i feel like it...

Still struggling cleared cmos and tried booting from bios :/

Hi after finally finishing my first PC build I installed windows 10 which worked fine, now after the second time of powering up I'm stuck in the automatic repair loop and not sure what to do, plugging in the windows USB and trying a reinstall doesn't work just loops without the reinstall, could...

i am currently trying to build my first pc and need to remove the bracket for my aio cooler, ive tried 3 different sized screwdrivers and only managed to remove 1 screw and slightly damage my hand, are they always so tight, am i weak and does anyone have any tips to remove these.

as the title says will a 370x motherboard work with a 2700x cpu, pcpartpicker says there may be issues with the bios? thanks

ok this may sound like a stupid question but why are there amd and nvidia graphics cards made from other brands when either are compatible?

And what is the solution to this , do I need different cooling or psu? Or would that be without the fans
