Ok, so i think i got what it is. I updated a called Realtek PCIe 2.5gbE family controller. I updated this and my 1 port works now.

That port was working fine 2 weeks ago. So maybe something in the bios went wrong ? Or needs updating ?

As i said. The other port does not work the internet. I woudn't be able to even open the web
