    Yes it a brand new PC. I have had it since last Sunday (27th March). It was made by a well known shop. I'll try contacting them tomorrow/next week regarding this.. But can you guess why it only happens in games? (it doesn't happen in 4k movies, copying large files, etc) What's the connection...

    Well I tried that but it didn't create the mini-dump files. I think it's because of the following - after BSOD the PC enters BIOS because it doesn't detect the M.2 drive. Only after reseting the PC, the PC recognizes the M.2 drive, and gets into windows. So because the M.2 drive isn't detected...

    Question Turbo boost not working properly

    Not 900 mhz below advertised speed, this aren't normal speeds! The specs of the 6260 show that the dual core turbo should be 2.7 ghz.

    Question Turbo boost not working properly

    The turbo boost in my laptop's cpu is not working properly. This is a Dell laptop (inspiron 5559). It's cpu is intel 6260u, which has a base clock of 1.8ghz, and a turbo clock of 2.9ghz. But the max clock I'm getting is 2.0 ghz (in games, videos etc). I checked that the turbo boost is enabled...
