I watch youtube about my VGA in various game, i got lower fps than what on the video got, so i assume its my cpu, cause i have the same 16gb ram but only 1600mhz and other ia pretty much the same except my CPU, its ryzen 5 2600 and i ask someone dat haswell 4790k is the same as ryzen

My plan is just upgrading my cpu to 4790k, cause i cant upgrade to new Mobo ram and cpu at the same time

I Have RX 480 8gb graphics but my CPU is old haswell i5 4460, is itu bottlenecking my GPU?, Should i upgrade my CPU?

I only use it for gaming, and the price of ryzen 5 2600 and used i7 4760k is the same ini my country, if i buy ryzen 5, i get new one but i could'nt afford new Mobo and ram, XD. And i wanna ask, does my i5 4460 bottlenecking my rx 480?
