ah thank you, I used another place to check that and it said my CPU was supported.

CPU Intel i5 6500 MOBO H310M arctic gaming ms 7B28 RAM DDR4 2400 PSU 500w Without the RAM it stays turned on. The manual says the RAM goes with the mobo as well.

The issue that is happening is my pc will turn on along with fans and led's for 3 seconds and then turn off, turn back on for 3 seconds, turn off again. It is in this constant cycle. This was happening before I upgraded what was mentioned above. I have tried breadboarding, resetting the...
