I've got a XEON E3 1220 V2 and a E3-1225 V2 laying around.
But I'm using the 1220 V2 because I'm currently using an H61 motherboard.
As for the GPU I've got the Quadro 2000 in there.
I wanted a quiet and fast server so I've got an SSD in there and a HDD(1tb)
and 2x4Gb 1333mhz ddr3
I was...
I'm discluding some that have no real chance of being the issue
PC RUNNING
RAM: (already tested, unlikely)
OS: WIN 10
PSU: CORSAIR CV450(around 3-4y old)
CPU: E3-1220-V2
MOBO: GA-H61M-S1
GPU: HD 5830
this started happening recently but, ive began noticing that the audio is making a weird crackling noise exactly when the next second strikes on windows. is this a driver or a hardware issue?
the crackling is NOT audible without sound playing, meaning it only cracks when any audio is playing...
Hello dear pc enthusiasts!!
i tried testing 3 different gpus,
1st, HD 3870
2nd, HD 5750
3rd, HD 5830
and all of these give the exact same boot error.
the motherboard does 3 long beeps and repeats once more.
here is my specs:
CPU: ryzen 5 1600AF
MOBO: MSI B450M gaming plus
PSU: Corsair CV450...
on a motherboard, its typical to find left out spots for capacitors, transistors, resistors and so forth.
what would happen if somebody went out their way to solder these components back on.
and would it be possible to maybe upgrade the existing components like the capacitors to more durable ones?
the motherboard has a 24 pin and a 4 pin CPU i used a molex to 6 pin adapter since the powersupply doesnt have its own 6 pin
the mother board is a gigabyte h61m-s1 rev 2
Hey im sorry if i havent handed enough information, the PSU is an 80Plus bronze from an OEM Acer Veriton machine,
if you are telling me that this PSU might cause the issue ill happily invest in a better one.
this might apply for all gpus but i was wondering if i really need to have two 6 pin cables plugged in?
right now if i try running it on one power it wont display.
is this because the card is dead or not?
i tried the gpu on my b450m and it wont boot at all, im guessing its since the gpu is...
thank you so much that was actually the fix,
but is there any way i could push a little more juice out of this cpu?
i see that a lot of people can push a little more out of this, or do they just have the perfect chip?
