When I was in the bios it recognized the drive yes. As soon as I started the Windows install that's where it said there was no drive and no drivers

I have a brand new x370 build and have updated the BIOS. I tried to install Windows 10 from the DVD drive. It does not recognize my western digital 500 GB M.2. So, I can't install Windows. Any way around this?

I did that and it went away. I was looking for an overclocking solution. I am aware that it may shorten the life of the cpu but I am not concerned with that. With the over clock I have now I have noticed an increase in performance. Thank you for your reply. I am looking for a different answer...
