You could get an i7 4790k, then you dont need to change your motherboard, its just plug and play really. The i7 4790k is still fine for todays games aswell and will be for a while. You can even overclock it on that motherboard I believe.

Might be a slight bottleneck in some games but still better fps ofcourse. You could go for s gtx 1650s is cheaper and almost a good.
