so ive got this problem, i live too far away from my parents house and they have wifi, ive got an antenna (24dbi more then enough to reach) but what do i hook up to the other end so that i can pick up my parents wifi and re distribute?

ive seen them doing it from house to their local jobs a few km away... I have been looking at a 24dbi antenna that would be plenty i know that much but i dont know what to connect it to..

its fair far maybe 300 meters. Ive seen like antennas that can go for km's. only a few trees.. so would it be better to get a repeater or stick with what ive got?

Alfa AWUSO36H 1000mW USB Adapter I have a flat out the back of my parent and I cant reach the wifi so i went looking and saw all about it. Ive seen they hook an antenna up to the Alfa then to a computer through usb. So i though i could plug the usb into a hotspot. would that work? and ive also...

I am going to buy an antenna, Alfa wireless adapter and all the other stuff to go with it. I was wondering if I could plug the Alfa straight into a usb hotspot?
