I would have to say the top of that list for me would be this damn 5700 xt that I cannot seem to get to just work like a 500$ card should ... Its been out for a year now and the driver issues are still going bananas ! Makes me want to put my 1050 TI back in , literally .

I have that exact mobo and cpu and i purchased them in Feb , anything that left the factory after April 2019 I believe it was, is 3000 ready to go out of the box so you should be in the clear .

why are they so far off from the base vlts on the mobo

Is there anyway to test the pci connectors for the psu or no ? In a perfect world I would just go replace the old parts and the psu but im in college and I live off mac n cheese and cup noodles for the most part so that would be out of the question.

I want to think that its just the psu but I feel like its something to do with the gpu being new and the cpu/mobo being old . Because if I take out the gpu and use the igpu it runs no problem , could it still be the psu ? Also before I had the card rma'd this setup ran fine since before xmas...
