You want to get an adapter or a double-ended cable. What I mean is a HDMI-to-VGA. It won't have the best quality, but I don't think you are expecting that with a 1030. I use a DP-toHDMI for my GTX 1060 and it works wonderful. Here is one for $10 on amazon http://a.co/7h4hdDI

There is also one thing I forgot to mention, not all hardware are the same. So you may see one 1080 Ti get 100 FPS, while another one will get 150 FPS. It's not that say that the former is bad, it's just hard cannot be exact.

Do you already have the 1050 Ti? You can re-arrange you money to get a better GPU. If you already have it, there is not point getting the 1600 unless you plan on doing some multi-tasking or upping your GPU. You should be fine with a Ryzen 5 1400. or even a Ryzen 3 1300x.
