    My 7 year old laptop's hdd is on its death bed on windows 7 and I have a 500gb SSD to replace it as well as a windows 10 key. I want to start fresh do a clean install of windows 10.     Running out of RAM? (Is this normal?)

    I discovered the solution. It's still kinda high for me but a full 10% lower at 39-43%. Turns out I had "Rapid Mode" enabled on my Samsung EVO SSD which adds a full 10% of RAM usage.

    So I discovered the solution. It's hovering 39-40% now and I had forgotten on my Samsung 840 EVO SSD I had "Rapid Mode" Enabled, it apparently adds 10% memory useage to my system. I don't notice much difference without it.

    I have one chrome tab open on Windows 10 and am sitting at 49% used memory with 8Gb Ram. I've disabled many startup processes, disabled malwarebytes and I'm frustrated it's so high.     Wow nevermind. I had plugged the hdmi cable in my mobo instead of the gpu... now they run fine.
