unforunately i dont have any experience with testing a psu, i just use what i got, so i cant do that. i guess i will just try buying another cpu, testing it and if it will be the same i will try different mobo.. -

yeah i do since i've used them for some time, but i didnt buy them as new. i have about 4 ssds and i tried every one of them. every one had the same result. i tried different bioses beta or stable, tried flashing bios with flashback, nothing worked. -

the temps dont exceed 40C, bios also has temp sensor and says the same thing. -

I could do that but it would take some time and I don't think there would be any difference since even the BIOS is laggy or Win installation.. -

Yeah I thought the same thing, CPU is at 0-10%, nothing using the cpu. -

Nah, it's the standard B450 Tomahawk, no max, no nothing just tomahawk. Either way I tried every bios possible with R5 5600 (1 stable, 3 betas, built the Pc with instructions 2 times, once without case, still the same thing. -

Yeah I thought of the solution buying new motherboard but was hoping for saving this one.
