Hello people, I have a question why are my games lagging (more specifically multiplayer games) if my PC has all what does it take to run these games. And my Internet connection is good. I did GPU and CPU stress tests and they both were not overheating. Please help.

I think I will build a PC with Z97 motherboard, i5 6400, Asus strix GTX 950, 8GB Ram and HDD 1TB. IS there anything that I should know?
