Hello, I have a gt 520 gfx card currently installed, because I have a weak psu (350W). What would be the best way to improve my PC for moderate gaming. Would it be to upgrade psu and then gfx card? Is this fairly straight forward to do without any complications?

Ok, my HDD failed on me, so I tried to restore it using "tesk disk". Now my laptop wont boot up, it just comes up with a black screen, with the message, "reboot and select device message now on startup". Its all manufacturer bought and everything the laptop, is there any way to fix this? Thanks...

Any even cheaper that will maybe run the ps1 emulator? Nvidia 210 and 430 are quite cheap. Also 5450 but thats slightly higher psu requirement
