I figured it out, I think I still had some oc running and it was messing with stuff, booted without the card and did a fresh install of asus and Nvidia drivers.

I just installed a new 3080ti asus tuf card, and after plugging everything back in, my monitors say no signal, and my keyboard and mouse won’t turn on either. I have a 850w power supply which should be enough.
