how much power soes a 750ti use

I have 2 1920-1080 monitors but I am looking to invest in a 3rd curved gaming monitor. I have a 1080ti so 4k is an option. I would like just some good recomendations.

I am building a computer and i have and unknown Lenovo motherboard. It is ddr3 ram and it has mad a bios beep. it does 2 short beeps, then it turns on and I start to install windows through my flash boot drive. The I will be in the process of installing windows and the PC will turn itself off.

I Have a evga 1080 ti and a 600 watt psu. It is a open air cooler and one of the fans isn't spinning what do I need.
