I've got my eyes on the G.skill RGB trident Z 3200mhz 2x8gb right now......will I be able to push it to the maximum speeds it's supposed to run on? How do I know if a kit is samsung B die or now

My old z97 gaming 5 had the normal usb 3.0 connector to fit my front panel 3.0 cable, the new asus c6h only has 3.1 front panel connectors, is there some sort of cable I can get to make this work?
