Thank you very much for your response. That's correct the fan on the psu doesn't spin. It is those Corsair RM750x zero rpm mode ones. I will apply the CPU and the CPU Cooler and I will report back. Perhaps I misread regarding no need for CPU when booting to BIOS :/
