The MSI definitely fits the bill a lot more. Still doesn't have touch but the workstation card is a huge plus. I do wish it was a $400 cheaper as I was looking around $2k but even so I do like it. 15.6 is a little large but I will absolutely look into their lineup for workstation laptops.

Honestly the case is going to make a big difference as well. You fans will likely be much louder than the pump also and it won't matter which one you get. I'd say just pick the one you like the most. They both are good Liquid All-In-One coolers.
