The only guide i found on resetting the BIOS to default involves entering the BIOS itself or reinserting the CMOS battery which is not an easy thing to do on a laptop... Is there any way of accessing it or resetting from the OS itself?

I did a complete shutdown. Pressing f12 freezes the boot at the toshiba logo. Pressing f2 takes me to a black screen and then back to the logo. The only thing i can blame for this is windows 10 because before i switched to it everything worked.
