Hello satonic ! As far as I know i5 - 4460 is a locked processor (I have i5 - 4440) and cannot be overclocked. So if you are not into overclocking business and not going to buy another gfx card and crossfire/sli anyway, you can get a cheaper motherboard (Asus H81) like zeyuanfu had suggested...
