I don't have separate graphics card, I use Intel UHD 630. And yes, I have a fresh install of Windows. Actually reboots happened when I ran Spring Tool Suite software, an IDE for JavaEE. But I am not sure that the software caused the problem, since I didn't find any similar case in Java forums.
