I tried your advice to loosen a bit on CPU cooler screws and moved down a slot on GPU, still, no signs that the system turns on.

RAM slots are A2 and B2

RAM sticks are alternate. PSU is almost a year now and for the ports, I'm sure I put to their correct ports. I will try to move down the GPU and the cooler again if i am not busy.
