    Went to device manager and it says they’re both up to date. It’s “Intel(R) 1211 Gigabit Network Connection and Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160 MHz” so im not sure if maybe there’s drivers online for it. But just from device manager it says it’s updated.
