Why do I require a Backplate for Graphics Card?

The backplate is usually just for looks. In single card setups it can yield better cooling but in SLI setups it will work against you. BTW you wont really see the backplate in your case anyways so it's kind of a waste of money in my opinion.

Please help me choosing a gaming headset!

If you have a decent pair of headphones, you can use those for now and later when you have some more spending money buy some Logitechs. If you buy a cheap pair now you wont have features, such as good 7.1 surround sound or a good mic.

    Liquid cooling for build

For an all in one the h60 is great water cooling solution. It would probably fit in the back.

    Cooling this mATX build

I think you will be fine. I think that the 980s are a rear exhaust design which blows the hot air out of the back of the cards and not into the case. Also if you are overclocking I would go with a bigger power supply(800-1000 watts) just to be safe.

If it doesn't make any sounds, then your motherboard is probably broken. And for the psu, it only matters if you don't have a cutout on the bottom or top of the case.

There is a chance that one of your components is dead. -check your ram is plugged in right (can be a reason for a system not posting) -check if you have plugged in all the cables from you power supply Also if a little speaker came with your motherboard plug that in and it is probably going to...
