Yes i had a system update that said for 64 bit systems it was downloaded but not installed. likely that was the problem. Seeing as this is a 64bit system(not that i know what that means haha). Think that did the trick?

I did have an update..Windows 10 update for 64bit sytems or some such name i updated my other two computers recently but I guess i missed this one.
