I have a GTX 1650 and i just recently cleaned my pc and my temp is always on 91C even when idle

I have a gtx 1650 and i realised that it had gotten to 91C while gaming and 40- 45 while idle, someone told me that could be the cause so i've just ordered compressed air to try clean it.

I've had my pc for maybe 5-6 months and during those 5-6 months i haven't cleaned it and right now the performance in games is really unplayable. I've tried everything updating drivers, resetting my pc nothing is working so i'm wondering if the dust in my pc could affect performance

nope its in every game even in roblox i get stable fps for a while then it goes really choppy and bad ive used rivatuner statistics to look at my fps and im getting like 20 even on the lowest settings

for example Valorant - 1440 x 900 its on my ssd gpu/cpu temp - 80 - 85 usage ranges about 70 and above 500w

My specs: I5-10400f GTX 1650 8 GB RAM 256 SSD 1TB HHD i have updated drivers, downloaded previous drivers, rollbacked updates, even reset my pc. nothing has worked please help!
