There's a way to make xeons compatible with lga 775

I made it so its compatible with lga 775 motherboards

When I start up my pc all the fans turn on, keyboard and mouse. But nothing shows up on my monitor. I tried everything.... Removing the lithium battery and putting it back, cleaning the ram, cmos reset, hold the power button for 30 sec- 1 min. Also tried to use a different gpu, still didnt work...
