PC randomly won't boot fully, randomly looses power to fans and display but not hdd

I hate to tell you to do it but you should check that CPU. It could be the pins. To me it's the only thing that comes to mind because of you having already replaced memory, GPU, motherboard, & RAM while trying to solve this. Let's take this back to the very beginning? When you built/bought...

    Psu power doubt

Yep that's plenty of power. I have a 650w PSU in my 1700x, GTX1080 system. Both are overclocked as well so that's even more power draw.

PC randomly won't boot fully, randomly looses power to fans and display but not hdd

The PSU power isn't run off of the motherboard and is instead controlled internally. Whatever is going on seems as it's affecting power regulation to the whole board. The only 2 components that can do that are the PSU and the CPU. First thing I'd try is a clean boot. Power down, switch off...

PC randomly won't boot fully, randomly looses power to fans and display but not hdd

It's the final common denominator and can cause a ton of weird issues if that is the case. You have a ton of errors that screamed PSU to me then mentioned a few others directed away from it. Not to mention I've had the same 2 windows errors you have after an unstable overclock of my CPU.

    System fan recommendations

Yeah my only other issue is that color is just ugly to me. I've got a black and blue color scheme inside so I'd prefer standard black. I was hoping to hear of some nice mid priced reliable fans.

    Considering Building 1st PC

Ryzen would do better with 2x 4GB sticks of RAM so it'll use dual channel mode. Also if you can afford to step up to maybe 2666Mhz that'll help but not required. Otherwise to me it seems like a solid starter build with plenty of upgrade opportunities.

Given your other issues when you replace the motherboard did you take a hard look at the CPU pins for any broken, cracked, or bent pins?

    System fan recommendations

When I built my PC I went with a Rosewill case. Naturally it came with Rosewill fans. Sure enough before I shut down my PC to clean it I looked inside and noticed a dead exhaust fan. Given they seem to be cheap fans that's expected. In a perfect world I'd buy some noctua fans for the whole...

PC is running very slow and freezes alot when gaming

Which to upgrade first is up to you. RAM is your best option as you will notice much less slow down if any while in game or multitasking. If you choose to stick with 4GB an SSD will help slightly with the lag but you will still notice a lot of slowdown. An SSD is much faster than a HDD but...

    Can i do this

Seems like something more suited to ask the airlines than us. They come up with new rules regularly on the size and weight of carry on items.

    Is streaming dangerous

Max temp for intel is around 95C which you should really never come close to short of a CPU cooler failure or a massive overclock. For Nvidia GPU's the max temp before throttling is 85C. In the CPU's case if you hit the max temp your PC will throttle to lower the temp if the temps keep...

    Is streaming dangerous

Your GPU has nothing to do with streaming. That's also not how PC components work. The only real way a electronic component degrades is through heat. If your components stay within their specified temp ranges then they'll last a reasonably long time. Streaming is tied to your CPU and given...

PC is running very slow and freezes alot when gaming

Check your RAM usage while these things are open. You only have 4GB of RAM which isn't enough to do multitasking. Windows 10 alone takes up 2GB and once you add a game and chrome you're probably running off of your page file which comes from your hard drive or SSD.

Zotac GTX 1080 Amp Edition temp issues

Yes the Zotac rep I spoke with said that as long as nothing is damaged by the removal process the warranty is valid. As it should be. I'm still disappointed by the temps that I have but given I play games in 1440p usually on max settings I can live with my card sitting in the high 70's low...
