Hi, I'm having a strange issue with my RX 480. Most of the games shows a GPU usage of 0% during gaming. When GPU-Z or other software registers 0% I don't lose any FPS so I really don't understand why this happens. Theres a bit of a GPU-Z log playing GTA:SA at 100fps: GPU Load [%]: 0 0 0 0 30...

I think it's related to W10 Anniversary update. I get the same problem and I changed my GPU and formatted system but...
