Which of the two r9 270 models should I get? The Powercolor one is $2 more expensive so not really a big deal, so which model has better performance, cooling, and quieter fan noise?

The EVGA 750 ti is probably the best performer however, I heard that the fan noise on that specific model is really loud. So if that's true, then it's really down to the R7 260Xs. Which of the three is the best model, the Gigabyte has the special Windforce while the rest aren't anything special...

I am planning on building my first gaming pc, meaning a semi-modular psu will be helpful but not necessary. If I get the non modular psu, then I can get a R9 270 but if I get a modular psu, then I can only get a GTX 750 ti as the modular can't support the R9 270.

I was planning on getting the R9 270 from HIS and I just wanted to know if HIS has good customer service, if the cooler is good, and if they are a trusted brand? Thanks in advanced.

I am planning on getting this graphics card and I heard that the fan noise on it is really loud, even when it is in desktop mode. That is a deal breaker for me because I don't want to have to hear the fan when I'm on desktop, it doesn't matter as much when I'm gaming though.
