When I shutdown and turn on my PC I get a "CPU Fan Error" and I just keep using my PC. I have a Fractal Define XL and when I open up the front panel with my PC running, the fan isn't moving. I don't know what to do.

I opened up the front 'door' of my fractal case, then opened up the other little slot, and see a white fan on the top of the two fan slots not spinning. I don't know what to do. I'm a newbie with computers, so help me out.

I just purchased my PC. I had it before, and when something went wrong I took it to a repair shop and they uninstalled then reinstalled Windows 8.1, now it's not there. I'd like to fix this problem as quick as it came up. All I see is Configure Surround and PhysX.

I want to get GTA V but it has to much nudity. I was thinking about getting Watch Dogs instead, but I fear that it will be repetitive, do you think the open world in Watch Dogs will be as good as GTA V's?

Playing games like BF4, CoD Ghosts, Watch Dogs, etc. I looked at the Deathadder 2013, but apparently it'll be to big.
