whenever i install vlc, it completely takes over the computer, opening emails, web browsers and google chrome in just a vlc player file. the only way to stop it doing this is to uninstall vlc.... so now whenever i want to use vlc i have to install it, watch what i want to, then uninstall it...

i was nearly in a panic coz my computer DVD player wasn't working, and regedit fixed it... i was amazed!!!!! just wanting to know, what kind of other problems/programs/restrictions can regedit fix/change?? Can regedit change the internet restrictions on a computer?
