Well I can trade in my cpu for about £200 and will have around £800 to spend upgrading soon but would rather it not be that much. Also at the moment I have a Corsair water cooler would I be able to use that with the new processor. I believe I might need a different bracket thou

also when upgrading my motherboard apart from needing a new windows key would there be any other complications in changing it over obviously apart from needing to take my system apart

I have an i7-7700k which is overclocked, and im running at a speed of 2400mhz at the moment but my ram is 3200mhz. does this mean that my motherboard doesnt support 3200mhz clock speeds and i would have to get a newer motherboard ?
